We proudly ship Natusto jewelry to customers around the world.

Every bracelet is handcrafted in small batches and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio, ensuring that every piece meets our quality standards.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Because every bracelet is handcrafted, please allow approximately 5–12 business days for production and delivery. During new collection launches or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on every order.

No minimum purchase is required.

Every shipment includes tracking, allowing you to follow your order from dispatch to delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

  • United States: 5-12 days
  • United Kingdom / European Union: 5-12 days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 7-15 days
  • Rest of the World: 8-16 days 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local carriers or seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Natusto has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to:

  • Alaska (USA)
  • Hawaii (USA)

We are continuously expanding our shipping network and hope to serve these locations in the future.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears to be delayed, please first check the latest tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information
