How long does shipping take?
Each Natusto piece is handcrafted in small batches. Please allow approximately 5–12 business days for production and delivery. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping with tracking. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested within the first 14 days are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Returns requested between days 15 and 30 are eligible for store credit.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@natusto.com before sending your item back. We’ll provide the return instructions and address.
Are natural gemstones identical?
No. Natural gemstones may vary slightly in color, pattern and translucency. These differences are part of their natural character and make every piece subtly unique.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@natusto.com. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has entered production or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
